NCBA DII officers should be on the lookout for the 2018 NCBA Team Preview Form that was emailed to them as of this morning. This form is the best way to market their teams to the Top 20 Voting Panel. The form needs completed and returned to the NCBA by January 5th. The 2018 Preseason Top 20 Poll will be released January 18th.
