After years of planning, the NCBA is thrilled to announce that a Division II Conference has opened up in California and Arizona.  The newly formed District VIII West Conference will be made up of the University of San Diego, Loyola Marymount University, St. Katherine College, CSU Northridge, and Arizona State University (DII).

The NCBA is excited to welcome back the University of Houston – Downtown, who has officially joined the NCBA Division II for the 2013-14 season.
