Please join me in welcoming Jeff Bober as the New District V Coordinator!  Jeff is a recent Univeristy of Illinois graduate where he played all 4 seasons on the Illinois DII Club Baseball Team.  Jeff is extremely exctied to continue working with the NCBA.  Welcome Aboard Jeff!
