The NCBA is excited to introduce Rachel Hartman as the new District VII Coordinator.  Rachel has volunteered with the NCBA previously as she oversaw the 2014 District VIII Playoff. She is also currently the Assistant Director of Recreation at Colorado College fulltime. Please join me in welcoming Rachel to the NCBA!
